I am a strategically focused and highly results-oriented sales professional, specializing in both national and international sales management. My career has focused on the analysis and control of all key variables in the sales cycle, from negotiating local and international contracts to strategic pricing and channel marketing planning.

I have solid experience preparing annual budgets, monitoring and controlling P&L, and designing commercial strategies that maximize profitability. Constant collaboration with the Marketing and Supply Chain departments is a fundamental pillar of my management, allowing me to make decisions based on accurate data and generate detailed sales reports and strategic financial analysis.

Direct contact with clients and the market is key to my work methodology. Maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date vision allows me to anticipate trends, identify opportunities, and make agile decisions to ensure objectives are met.

I have in-depth knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese markets, with extensive experience introducing new brands in both markets. I have worked in all the main sales channels in Iberia: Mass Market, E-Commerce, Large Retail, Official Organizations, and Large Private Enterprises.

Throughout my career, I have managed and developed commercial relationships with high-profile clients, including Carrefour, Auchan Group, Sonae, Jerónimo Martins, Amazon, El Corte Inglés, E.Leclerc, Lidl, Mediamarkt, FNAC, La Casa del Libro, Intermarché PT, among others.

Furthermore, I have extensive experience managing both internal and external sales teams, ensuring their alignment with business strategy and maximizing their performance in highly competitive environments.
